It seems to me that the previous versions of Pages had a Table of Content template I could click on. I don't see one to choose from. Where should I look?

    SF,

I'm afraid you're "misremembering." There wasn't a ToC template in '06. And when you think about it, it doesn't make sense that there would be, considering that the ToC looks for specific styles in your document. How would a template know which styles to look for?

Starflower, I see that you've posted several questions related to ToC's. If you want, you can send me your document, with an explanation of what you want me to accomplish with it, and I'll be happy to see if I can straighten it out. You can get my email address by clicking on my name in the upper left corner of this post.

    SF,

Larger font for title ... yes.

2 different sized fonts ... no. Pages treats all the info in the ToC as one solid block of text, like placeholder copy. Click once on it, and the whole thing is selected. You can't select specific pieces of text individually, so whatever style you select for some of it will be applied to all of it.

Lulu doesn't seem to like PDF files that are generated with Pages. You may have better luck with a Word file.
