You might want to try going through the Five Rs.
Also, does this happen for all videos? Where are the videos from (iTunes, the Internet, DVDs, etc.)? Finally, do these videos play fine in iTunes?

Currently Being ModeratedAug 12, 2008 12:54 AM (in response to byujeff)I just started having this issue with any of the video podcasts I have recently downloaded. I can play older video podcasts or other videos such as TV shows I have downloaded. I reset my 80GB Ipod to factory settings and made sure Itunes was up to date, still have the problem though.Dell, Windows XP Pro

I did everything I could think of to include resetting the iPod to the factory settings and no luck. Anyone have a fix for this problem?iMac, Mac OS X (10.5.4)
