My shuffle is no longer connecting with the USB port, so I can't charge it, or plug it into iTunes. I'm also afraid that it may have been damaged. Where to I go to get it looked at? How much is a new USB port?

    Take to an Apple Store.
Alternately find another computer to plug it into to see if it will charge...

    Sadly, no...

Did you try your dock and shuffle on another computer?

Dio you mean the cable that hooks from the computer to the iPod?
Yes, you can get them at the Apple store.

If you mean the USB port on your computer, you would need to get your computer repaired.

Golly, I completely missed associating "USB port" with the shuffle's dock and USB connector... live and learn
