The full charge capacity should be around 5,500 or so. Yours is 693.
It's time for a new battery. However, since your cycle count is lower than 300, if you take this to an Apple store and show a genius, they might replace it free of charge. Apple usually replaces batteries that don't hold a charge if their cycle count is less than 300.2.5 Ghz MacBook Pro, 4GB RAM, Mac OS X (10.5.3)
