ARD Locking Up

I have been using ARD for awhile now.
However, now when I start it, I have maybe 2-3 minutes of work time before the program lock up and I get (what we lovingly refer to as the "beach ball") the spinning multicolored ball.
I have uninstalled it following these directions: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2577?viewlocale=en_US
However I noticed that when I reinstalled it, I had all the same settings.

Any thoughts on how I can get this to work again for me?
I really don't mind if I loose all my information, I just really want this tool to work.
MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.5.4)
