That is why I didn't/aren't going to update to the 2.0.2. When they come out with 2.0.3 then I will check back here and see if it worked for other people, and if it did, then that's when I'm going to update it. I suggest other people do this too.

When update 2.0.1 came out it help the delays in the keyboard coming up and the delay in responding to keys once pushes. Now the delays are back since using update 2.0.2.
Even though I had very few bars most of the time prior to update 2.0.2, my reception was pretty good. It has gotten significantly worse since update 2.0.2. including dropping calls now. Also, my phone has frozen and had to reset 3 times while using software I got from the apple store, only since installing update 2.0.2.
And of course the famous bluetooth echo is still there, so bluetooth is still not even usable.
TALK ABOUT DROPPING THE BALL!!! COME ON APPLE, THIS IS REDICULOUS AND TREMENDOUS SIGN OF INCOMPETENCE. I AM SURPRISED AND DISSAPPOINTED!
When working correctly, I love the phone. It is a great achievement. I just hope you all get it right on these updates sometime VERY soon.

    Well,

I hate to be a kill joy, but my reception is better, I like the autoswitching between G and E and my battery life has improved.

I'm very happy with the update.

I suggest to stay with 2.0 and iTunes 7.7.0.
Battery life seems short with 2.0.2 and keyboard typing lag bug is the same.
    Wait until 2.0.3 boys!

What do you expect? AT&T doesn't exactly have a good reputation. People jump on AT&T first because of how horrible their network service is by default. Its only natural. Even if this time folks are misdirecting their assumptions.

2.0.2 seems to have made 3G reception worse. Previously it was adequate in Hong Kong (one of the best 3G coverage cities in the world) - now I get alot more no service in some weak spots.
Plus I've noticed that apps are much more likely to crash (safari and bloomberg crash alot more in 2.0.2 than 2.0.1)
There is potentially an improvement in keyboard speed, but that could be wishful thinking. Whatever improvement is not big enough to be definitely noticeable which is what I would expect in a bug fix release.
Patiently waiting for the next iteration. Apple + ball = dropped ..(apparently into a big black hole)

Here are my observations on my 16GB 3G iPhone:
    - Dropping phone calls much more frequently now
    - Speed tests in 3G are much slower now
    - SMS lag is less frequent but still exists
    - Conctact lag still exits
    - Battery life still stinks

Definitely much worse. Even at full signal strength, Safari routinely times out. The only way I can surf the web on this thing with a WiFi connection.

I wasn't having these issues before I upgraded. We should all be issued service credits for this nonsense.

This problem applies to the original iPhone as well. The 2.0.2 upgrade has cut my battery life by MORE than half!!

The biggest issue that I have noticed is that the GPS is way off. It was really accurate before this last update.

    2.0.2

After two days it seems that battery is ok. Circa 16 hours in normal usage. For me is ok.
Keyboard lag is again here... and slowness opening CONTACTS.

    My experience.

    8GB iphone.

    GPS way off.
    Still getting dropped calls.
On EDGE most of the time even in (apparently) strong 3G area.
    Lag when opening contacts.

Getting really bored of this phone.
