I think there has been a problem with overload on the Apple servers. Maybe try later.compaq presario iPod 20GB iTunes 188.8.131.52, Windows XP, SP3

Currently Being ModeratedOct 9, 2008 8:28 PM (in response to rockmyplimsoul)I am pleased to see you have a resolve on your issue, but I use an iMac, and Safari for my browser,,,and am experiencing the very same problem, over and over again, although I was able to connect when I initially downloaded the itunes 8.0 upgrade.
Since then, I have never been able to update Genius. Any ideas out there? I have a continual high-speed cable internet connection, always on, so that is not the problem.
Thanks for any feedback.
