    Patrick did some testing on this last year, I think. If your media needs more "legs", that is, it is going to go a few more generations or recompressions, then HQ is the answer. If you are completely finished and the project is at its terminal point and you need the smallest files possible, then plain vanilla ProRes422 might be indicated.
