Currently Being ModeratedDec 13, 2008 4:05 PM (in response to Stuart\'s sail)I have the same problem. I can't synch contacts and agenda (ical and address book) from Mobile Me to macbook pro. The error is "inconsistency data". I have done everything, my system is updated. My iPhone works perfectly with Mobile Me. I have nothing in address book or calendar, this is a new computer and never synched. The bookmarks are working ok and iDsk too.

i had the same problem. here is what worked for me:
1/ unregister yr computer
2/ reregister yr computer
3/ without any of the specific things to be synced checked yet, check Sync and make it Manual
4/ for the 1st thing you want to sync, check it (only one box)
5/ click advanced
6/ sync it from yr computer to the .me
7/ after it successfully completes, repeat steps 4 to 6, never adding more than one thing to sync at one time
my particular thing that seemed to be preventing a sync was Contacts. I have over 2,000 Contacts and there seemed to be inconsistent data in it or something.
hope this works for you as well.
after it works, then you can go back and check the Automatic sync and it should work.2.4 Ghz 15" macBook Pro 4 GB RAM, Mac OS X (10.5.5), Time Capsule 1TB

This makes that fix impractical...is there any other fix?macbook, Mac OS X (10.5.6), 2.2 Ghz 1GB Ram
