Currently Being ModeratedSep 9, 2005 10:13 PM (in response to John Frandsen)Hi John,
In my case, iTunes doesn't sync Calendar and Contact list when Calendar contains recurring properties and Contact list doesn't contains e-mail field.
Currently Being ModeratedSep 9, 2005 10:33 PM (in response to Cheolsoo Park)I am getting the same error when I sync. The only way I can get it to work is to disable syncing of contacts. If I tell it to only sync my calendar it works, even with recurring appointments.

When I get to unchecking the contacts, the iTunes app crashes. I'm stuck in a never ending loop with this. Probably have to reset the ipod and start over without doing any syncing to the outlook contacts or calendar.

There are a lot of constrains to sync.
According to the article, if we meet any incidents we have to save a hundred of contacts and calendar events on our iPod.
I think Apple must release bug fix version.
So, I am waiting for...

Similar to you, I can,t uncheck the sync contact box before it crashes iTunes completely - I give up / its beaten me, I've reinstalled itunes / update ipod software and even emptied the existing addresses from the ipod contacts folder when using it as a hard drive!!
