Details: MacBook Pro 15' version 10.4.11, three different accounts, all File-vaulted.

Running low on battery the computer suddenly shut down. At restart, unable to login into administrator account (password typed in correctly!) and got message "You are unable to login in account [username administrator] at this time". On purpose tried wrong password, login screen shaked as expected. Upon trying to login correctly and getting this message three times in a row, request for Master password (File-vault) was given, this was typed in correctly. Asked to change password, did so, still not able to login.

Tried to reset passwords using installation disk Mac os X and then passwords option. No success. Tried "Mac os X 10.3, 10.4: Filevault - how to verify or repair a home directory image" from Apple support website and at point 22 ran into problem. Using disk utility got message that it was not able to repair volume 1 HFS. (what does this mean??, harddisk damaged?). How can I get access to my data, please help. I know ALL passwords (user accounts, File-vault) but none seem to help me out. Blocked account counts for 87/115 GB of disk space. Looking forward to your input, is really appreciated!
MacBook Pro 15", Mac OS X (10.4.11), Filevault activated
