How can I format the internal disk in my new 1 TB Time Capsule so that it is case sensitive?

The only way I see to erase the internal disk is using AirPort Utility and there are no options to make the disk case sensitive.

All my computers have been using a case sensitive files system since Leopard came out almost 2 years ago (all iPhone files systems are case sensitive as well).

The Time Capsule disk is not case sensitive. It seems to be able to backup my data OK because it creates sparse disk images and they are case sensitive. My problem is that I can't use the remaining Time Capsule disk space for data storage because it's not case sensitive. This is a huge drawback for me and I may have to return my Time Capsule if I can't format the disk as case sensitive.

Use the Disk Utility in the /Applications/Utilities/ folder to create a disk image of the desired size on the Time Capsule and format it as case sensitive. The format of the drive inside the Time Capsule can't be changed without removing it.
