This Cruredes name is NOT my actual chosen profile-name and never was until this chaotic event. . . it became accidentally switched when I inquired about changing my profile name, (Pammama at the time, my typo, it was supposed to be Pamma. You see my name is Pamela but my grandchildren called me Pamma instead of Gramma). A seeming gentleman at the time, going by the name of Cruredes, he helped to amplify my request, next thing I knew I was carrying his name. Sure wish I knew who he was now because he could corroborate all this. The Apple Support team not only refuses to switch it back OR change it, they refuse to say that it was ever switched, telling me that I've always been Cruredes. Yes, they are quite literally gaslighting me. They delete every post I make now. I cannot get help for ANY problem I have. My personal opinion on Apple Community- USER BEWARE is all I can tell you.
