LOL- My first Mac was a 1989 $6000.00 IICi with a large television-type monitor. It was purchased from a store named Essex Computer. The package included a DVD reader, Quark, Adobe Illustrator (II?), and Photoshop. Total was over $13000.00- it was like buying a car. It took 5 minutes for a 4" x 5" photo to generate a "Blur etc." I am self-employed, providing graphic support for small companies.
