Hi all. I've got a strange issue: I cannot see my iTunes library. I've got the library on an external disk, I've got the files, and I can play them from iTunes but all the windows (Library, podcasts, Games, Purchased, Playlists...) are blank!
Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance,

I had a similar problem. I also have my library on an external drive (as well as on my internal drive, but I make iTunes read from my external).

    Try the following:

Go to the Preferences window, and click on Advanced. In General, try changing the location of the iTunes music folder; set it again if it's already there as what you want it to be. If that doesn't work, drag and drop your iTunes music folder, NOT your main iTunes folder, but the "iTunes Music" folder within the main "iTunes" folder.

Drag and dropping the main folder could result in iTunes making a copy of everything, ruining your day as a result.
