Looks as though this one employed green screen effects; they just shot her separately.

An old, practical trick is to have your background move at regular speed and have your subject(s) move at half speed or slower (depending on how much you are going to speed up the video). This way, when you speed up the video, your subject moves at regular speed as your background flies around.

I helped a friend on a shoot once where we had the background walking around normally and his subjects were moving SUPER slow (so much so that their eyes were burning from not blinking as much and when they did, it was a slower blink). The final product turned out nicely. People flying by two regular motion individuals.
