Working days
I can't find how I can program repetitive events on ical but only for working days. Can somebody help?

This is done in the "Custom" field for repeats.
When you make your event choose Custom for repeats, then choose Weekly. From there, select the days of the week that you wish it repeated on.
Then you should be all set.
