Toast 7 - multiple Video-TS on one DVD

Hi all!
I'm new to the world of DVD (having just got my first DVD writer!!).
I'm now trying to convert some older AVI files I've got to put them onto DVD. I want to convert them overnight at home on my old, slow iMac, then transfer the files to my work G4 to write to DVD.
I have been using ffmpegX to convert the AVIs into Video-TS files, which write to DVD very well. (I find the ffmpegX quality much better than Toast 7's own conversion process).
However, I am then unable to put more than one Video-TS file onto a DVD, where I could easily fit two!
Is there a way to get Toast to accept two different Video-TS folders for burning to one DVD? (Without having Toast re-encode the files first!)

Many thanks for any help!

Thanks for that.
Before I get too far into finding out how to use the software, perhaps you would be able to tell me...
What I'm actually trying to do is put two 40 minute episodes of a TV series (which I've saved in the past as AVIs) onto the one DVD.
Would D-Vision enable me to do this, and to retain the episodes a separate things on the DVD, or would it combine them into one long 'episode'?
Many thanks!

When I used it, I got one long episode, but I didn't try to separate them. The original recordings were low quality, and I didn't want to risk any loss of quality from processing whatsoever.
If your recordings are good quality, you might be able to create a menu in Toast to make independent episodes on the same disk.
