duplicate covers in Itunes

On some albums I get multiple copies of the same covers for different songs on the same album. I have gone back in and made sure I have the artist and album names exactly the same, but no improvement.

For one artist I have six covers for eight different songs from the same album.

Any song that has album artwork on there that you don't want there, you can right click on the song and choose 'Get Info'. Once in the Information screen, click on 'Artwork' along the top, and you can delete the covers that you don't want there.

Select all the files one one album. Right click and select Get Info. On that screen or the second tab for that screen, select "Y" for compilation.

Also...make sure that your album and artist names do not have any extra empty spaces hiding at the end of the field.
