ReplaiGain for iPods

Hi again 😉

Are there any plans from Apple to implement ReplayGain support for the iPods?
I know that Apple has its own propreitary solution (SoundCheck) but ReplayGain is superior in many ways.

no apple employees read these forums so no one can answer your question. and speculation and rumors are not allowed on these forums either.

Support in what way? Do you mean will they ever implement it as a feature?

There are many of these programs around (like mp3/aacgain or iVolume). Why would Apple choose to support Replay Gain?
