How many CD's is Panther 10.3? Please help.

I am after a version of Panther 10.3. I was under the impression that this came on 4 disks- 3 installation disks and 1 diagnostic tools cd.
I have noticed on ebay that people are selling it only as 2 cds. Will this still work as a full OS installation and bootable cd?
I dont want to bid and win this if 2 cd's are going to be pointless.
Can someone please let me know asap.

The retail copy of Panther I bought in 2003 had 4 CDs, 3 Install CDs and 1 Xcode CD.

Hey Paul,
It's probably because to install 10.3.2 off those disks you only need one and two. That's all the installer asks for. Three has the X code on it (as per mrtotes) and I've only had one occasion to use it in 3 years. Mostly it just rattles around in my software box. No idea what four has on it. Never seen one.

Hi everyone,

I have 3 install discs and 1 Xcode tools disc in my retail set which are for Panther Version 10.3 with consecutive serial numbers. 2Z691-4585,6,7-A. Perhaps they were condensed down to 2 discs for 10.3.2 which is what the seller on ebay says he has for sale.
