Restore factory settings manually

Hi everyone,
I'd liketo know how i can restore factory settings of
a shuffle manually, without software support.

You can't... do you mean that you don't want to a) run iTunes, or b) don't want to run the Reset Utility?

I'm talking about "Shuffle reset utility"
is possible?
One time i read in some place that this is possible
but i don't remember if is about restore or reset
utility, i rebember that i need to press two keys
togther during 15 seconds...

Non-shuffle iPods can be reset by toggling the Hold switch and then pressing and holding both the Menu and Select (center) buttons simultaneously for at least 6 second. But this doesn't apply to a shuffle which is "reset" by switching it off for 5 seconds and then back on again.

Are you getting an error message when you try restoring your iPod in iTunes? If so, does it happen to be a 1418 error?

If so (out on a limb twice here, I know), then check out the suggestions from this article, and see if it helps with your issue:

• Error 1415, 1417, 1418, or 1428: Cannot restore or update iPod in iTunes 7 or later

And about reset, is possible do it on ipod using own
keys to do?

Depends on what you mean by reset. To reset turn iPod shuffle off, wait five seconds, then turn it on again. IF you mean the complete reset of the shuffle's file system, that's the restore function in iTunes. IF you mean the replacement of the shuffle's firmware, that's the function of the "shuffle Reset Utility"...
