My Apple ID is "locked for security reasons"?

Hello. I have an Apple ID that I was using fine but last month it became "locked for security reasons." Can anyone give me a weblink where I can get this resolved? I had to create new ID but I'd rather use my old one since I have several discussion postings with it.
