Outlook Sync with iTunes 7.3 on iPhone

I am observing several problems with Outlook Sync on my setup. I have Windows XP with Outlook 2003. Two problems that I noticed:

1. If you have PROFILES setup as a part of your Outlook setup, iTunes DOES NOT let you configure. It will ONLY sync with the DEFAULT profile. Unlike Blackberry (they understand Sync very, very, very well) and even Sony-Ericsson (they typically don't know how to do software) will allow you to set the "Outlook" folder to sync with!

2. This was even more interesting. iTunes installs TWO COM Add-Ins. The one called Apple Mobile Device Plug-In (it is in C:\Program Files\Common Files\Apple\Mobile Device Support) crashes and I am not able to sync NO MORE. I am trying to re-install and re-start the system to see if it helps.

I am having the same problem where Outlook Crashes the second plug-in. I have tried numerous times to check the box for the second plug-in in the Com Add-Ins section for the Outlook iTunes Sync Addin but when I go back into it after saying yes three times and closing the window It is unchecked again. I wonder if we need to do a detect and repair of Outlook now! Will try that later. I am unable to sync any email accounts, Contacts and Calendar info. But my Bookmars came over just fine. Any help would be appreciated to resolve this issue!
