iPhone and Motorola Bluetooth Headsets

Hello,

just picked up the iPhone yesterday and its great. Much better than the Samsung Blackjack. One problem I'm having with the iPhone is the Motorola H500 Bluetooth Headset does not seem to want to connect. Anyone have any feedback or experience with the Motorola bluetooth headsets and the iphone?

Thanks.

We figured this out. From what we can tell we have not found any specific instructions for this particular issue with 3rd Party Headsets.

On the iPhone go to SETTINGS > GENERAL > BLUETOOTH
Then put your headset in Pairing mode
If a passcode is required the phone will ask for it

Thats it. Until we went into the Bluetooth area the 3rd party headsets did not pair up nor did the Bluetooth process automatically detect the device until we were in that area. Our expectations were that the iPhone would automatically figure this out without having to go to the Bluetooth area.

Hope this helps others.
