Downloaded DiskWarrior how do I burn to Disk?

I downloaded a copy of DiskWarrior 4 to my desktop. To use it I'm supposed to boot from a CD I've burned of it. When I open Disk Utility and click on burn it doesn't recognize anything in the folder as burnable. What do i need to do to burn DiskWarrior to a bootable disk? Speak slowly please I have ADHD and I'm plucked.

I don't think you can make a CD from the download.
<http://www.alsoft.com/Buy/beforeyoubuy.html> says:
"In order to use the download copy of DiskWarrior, you will need to start up from another disk with Mac OS X 10.3.9 through 10.4.x installed. You will then need to run a copy of DiskWarrior from a disk that is not the disk you are repairing. (The DiskWarrior download does not include the Apple System files necessary to create a startup CD.)"

Click the "Burn" button in Disk Utility and select the "DiskWarrior 4.cdr" file.

Are you sure it is a legitimate copy? Alsoft doesn't offer a bootable download of version 4. Not even to existing customers.
"The upgrade is not available for download. All orders will be shipped a DiskWarrior CD via US Mail. Please allow three to four weeks for delivery of your CD."
