Ok so I fixed Itunes to where I can burn again (disc burner or software not found), however when I tried to brun a cd the message "D: drive is not accessible" and so I clicked ok. Then "Itunes error 4310" came up???? Any idea what I've done or can do to fix? Thanks Randy
I am getting the 4310 error message and I only have a cd burner on my laptop. It started to burn the cd and then cancelled it and just gave me the error message. Do you have any suggestions as to how I can fix it or what the problem is?
Not really sure. I'd try uninstalling both Itunes and Quicktime. Troubleshoot your drive then reboot. Reinstall Itunes and Quicktime. See if that works. That's pretty much what I did.
