"The itunes Library file cannot be saved.

I am a new ipod owner, and am learning every day. I have itunes 7.3.
I put some tracks on my computer, and each time I sign on to itunes, I get the following error:

"The iTunes Library file cannot be saved. An unknown error occurred (-50)."
HELP! What does this mean???

I too have this problem. It started when I downloaded itunes 7.3
Can anyone help?? Please !!
