Spotlight Problems on my new Mac...

I used Migration Assistant to transfer all my stuff over from my old PowerBook to my new MacBook Pro. Everything went fine, except for the fact that Spotlight no longer sees ANYTHING in my home folder! My home folder is FileVaulted, if that makes any difference, but I've tried reindexing and nothing's working. Help!!
