another strange error message

I keep getting the following error message "The iTunes library cannot be saved. An unknown error occurred (-50)."

Although it says that the library cannot be saved, my new podcasts Are saved. I reinstalled the latest version of iTunes but I'm still getting that annoying message. It pops up every minute or so.

Any suggestions? This just started with the latest version of iTunes.
