Question

No sound in-out with Yahoo Messenger

I want to enable sound for my Yahoo! messenger so I can talk to my father online without having to put the phone on Speaker. I can't find sound settings anywhere for Yahoo! Messenger.

The video comes in great, but where's the audio???

iPhone, iMac, iPod, Mac OS X (10.4.10)

if you just want it for mainly video and audio, then I might suggest that you and your father opt for skype (www.skype.com). I used it on a pc for the first time and I was impressed. Video was a good quality and sound wasn't half bad either, going be using it to talk with my gf from now on. I haven't had any experience with the mac version, so I can't tell you what it's like. Gona be a few months before I get that chance (roll on me getting my imac :))

There's no audio capability in Yahoo Messenger for Mac. Yahoo says audio is coming in the next version.

You can use Skype as suggested, or iChat/AIM, aMSN/MSN.
