Help!! running sudo commands via ARD

I'm sure this has been covered somewhere else but I'm in a pinch and need information ASAP. I am trying to run a sudo command to alter permissions on a file and I can't figure out the correct syntax to include the password. Without the password my commands fail.

My unix is rusty at best so I apologize if this seems a stupid question.
