ipod photos

my photos seem to not be working i tried to set up a new folder and delete some photos that were on there so i just did that and tried to "sync" them. and now ome of the photos are really messed up and look wierd and it says that "the ipod cannot be synced. the required folder cannot be found."

i really need some help.
it would be greatly appreciated.
