How do I sync Itunes playlists and Ipod's playlists manually efficinelty?

I know how to sync them automatically.

I am trying to use manual sync for playlists only between my Ipod and my computer since my computer holds 20 GB of music whilem my Ipod can only hold 8 GB.

One of the two solutions would work for me.
1.Is there a way to only syncronize the playlists(between Itunes and Ipod) without having to wipe out other songs not in the playlists in the Ipod(If I choose "Synchronize playlists only"?

2. Is there a way to drag the playlists from Ipod to Itunes? The opposite from Itunes to Ipod easily works. But vice versa is impossible. Is there a way to do this without having to search the song one by one and add them old school style?

Thanks

Why not simply sync selected playlist to the iPod?
Create playlist(s) that total up to what will fit onto your iPod (~7.35GB).
Select the iPod in iTunes.
Click the music tab, select Sync Music and Selected playlists, then tick the playlist(s) you created previously.

Or just create a smart playlist, limit to 7.35 GB at random and sync this.
To change the music on the iPod, select this playlists, select all the songs, then press Delete.
It will fill up again automatically.
PLug in the iPod to sync it.

Of course that is a way.
What I forgot to say was that I do not plug in my Ipod to my computer everyday.

Sometimes I accumulate a long playlist generated with the Ipod using that bookmark option. Is there a way to copy that to Itunes without having to copy one by one.

seeing as I can't copy the "on-the-go" from my Ipod to Itunes.

And? I only plug mine in every few weeks.
It will sync when you plug it in whether it's every day or every week.

What bookmark option are you talking about?
Do you mean putting songs in an On-the-Go playlist?

Why not?
On-the-Go playlist will only sync to computer when you use auto-sync.

You can create more than one On-the-Go playlist.
Make sure you select Save playlist
