Does iPhone Support Earthlink email?
I'm hearing so many conflicting things about Earthlink email working with iPhone, can someone please clarify? I'm still trying to send & receive earthlink emails thru the phone and can't seem to get it to work.
Based on various posts, right now, I have the iPhone Earthink mail settings as follows:
Incoming Host Name: pop.ix.netcom.com (I had originally used pop.earthlink.net but based on various posts, I tried this)
Outgoing mail: smpauth.earthlink.net:587 (based on info from various posts)
It appears I can receive email, but when trying to send emails, I get the error message, "The recipient "xxx@yahoo.com" was rejected by the server."
If anyone can offer some advice on how to fix so that I can send/receive emails through the iPhone, please post, it would be much appreciated. Thanks.
