Airport Express died!

Sending some prints to the printer connected to my airport express and nothing happened. Went to look a the airport express and found that it was not showing any indicator light. Switched the power off tried different sockets and still no light is showing.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what is wrong, or do I just get a new one.

Add me to this list. My AirPort Express died on Friday, July 13, 2007 after roughly two years of error-free use (purchased in March 2005). I have emailed Apple Support to inquire about their replacement or repair of the AirPort Express, given that there seems to be a shelf life of two years that was not communicated to the purchaser.

I feel compelled to complement Apple on a swift resolution. This is actually the first time in 27 months since I purchased my Mac Mini that I had to think to consult the warranty, and upon doing so I discovered that if you purchased the Apple Care Protection Plan along with your computer, a limited number of Apple accessories were covered along with the Protection Plan. As such, Apple is replacing my AirPort Express for no charge. If you purchased a protection plan, I suggest doing the same before purchasing a replacement Given the current state of customer service in most industries, I am pleasantly suprised with the high level of service and response from Apple and will be pleased to continue giving them my business (a Mac Mini with AirPort Express and Wireless Mouse/Keyboard, iPod 30GB, iPod Nano, 2 iPod Shuffles, a Power Book and an iMac all purchased in the last two years for me or for/by family members).

My Airport Express transmitter died after 28 months. Airport Admin utility doesn't recognize the AE, even when connected with an ethernet cable. However, the light still flashes green, intermittent green and yellow, so it still seems to be alive. This happened right after I applied the firmware update a few weeks ago. I believe it was the firmware update released several months ago (2007-01), but I had not applied it until recently. I took it to the local Genius Bar, and the genius told me that the transmitter appeared to be dead. He couldn't do anything with it.
