iPhone works with MINI Cooper bluetooth
It took a little while to do, because the MINI book says you can choose any number you want for a code key. This is not true with iPhone.
When you have iPhone search for bluetooth devices, it will list your car as MINI##### (the # being a number). It is THOSE numbers that you must use for a code key. You may not choose your own.
Once you enter those numbers into both the iPhone and the MINI radio, it will pair and work flawlessly.
A nice feature (unlike my Sony phone) is that if you're on the phone and get in the car, the phone transfers automatically to the car system. When you get out, it automatically transfers back to the phone. Nothing to push, nothing to set. Flawless.
