"Found New Hardware" Wizard

Now that my iPhone is working well on my home Mac, I thought I'd sync it up with my work WinDoze box (Windows 2000, iTunes 7.3.x, Outlook 2003).

After updating iTunes, and restarting, no matter what I do whenever I plug in the iPhone I get the "Found New Hardward" Wizard as opposed to an auto-launch of iTunes.

Any ideas?
