MacBook Pro 2.33 will not respond to any startup key combinations

Question

MacBook Pro 2.33 will not respond to any startup key combinations

Kinda of strange - can't put laptop into targeted disk mode, can't boot from DVD or reset NVRAM, or anything.

Any ideers?

problem solved - although my system was operating normally and showing 2gb of memory, one of the RAM chips was not secured all the way. Once it was secured - everything works fine now.
