I got a call this evening and was not near my iPhone. The caller left me a voicemail. When I turnon the iPhone, it says that I have one voicemail. I touch the phone icone get a page that says "Voicemail" and the name of teh person who called. At the far right of the icon bar is the icon for voicemail with a one in a red circle. I touch that icon but the phone does not make a call to my voicemail!
Did I miss a step in set-up? I recorded a greeting for my voicemail. The caller got to my voicemail and left a message. Am I doing something wrong?

This phone doesn't really "call in" to your voicemail. When you press the voicemail icon with the red dot, it should bring you to a screen that lists the names/numbers that have left you a voicemail. Simply touch the name or number to listen to the voicemail. If this isn't working, it's possible your voicemail isn't set up right, try dialing your own phone number from your iphone so you can at least listen to your message and make sure the voicemail is set up.
