how transfer address book to Nokia 6300?

I hooked up my new Nokia 6300 to my Powerbook via Bluetooth. Both devices can see each other fine. When I try to send the vcf file of my address book, it keeps saying the phone won't accept it. What am I doing wrong - or else how do I get the darn thing over there?
I appreciate any help!
