Quicktime download 7.2 and Kodak Easyshare

I downloaded the latest Quicktime and now my videos off my C875 camera download and I can hear the sound but the video does not show up in the Easyshare 6.02 software. Kodak claims it is Quicktimes fault. I don't think so because when I export the videos out of Easyshare, they show up fine in the Quicktime player.
Any ideas? I am continuing to argue with Kodak over this also.
