Give it up... You won't find the computer via the Mac address even if you had it. The Internet is just too big.. Hope you had Insurance...

Apple may be able to help you via phone. Call 'em up and let us know how it goes. Your question is a good one. I bet they have the MAC address on file somewhere, along with your serial number.

As far as finding your MBP this way ... that will be a daunting task.

    OK, I know that.
I'm in Chile, and I have contacts on a local ISP, they use for all its connections a relation between MAC address and modems, any other computer can't use that connection if that association is not changed.
My hope is that my Macbook will be use with that ISP, for that the thief would have to give the MAC Address ... so I can get the bad boy name...

MAC address is also listed on your original packaging. If you still have the box or a copy of the label. Also did you register your mac @register.apple.com?

I apologize. I wasn't able to discern this from the OP. Perhaps there is a local number or an international toll free number.

OK, I don't have the box.
I registered my Mac yesterday on register.apple.com but I don't receive a mail confirming that.
Guys, how is so hard to get the info of a computer with the serial number?, apple have a support email?, DELL is so fast with this issues...

    C ya...

    God don't like me.
