Disk space still full after erasing large wav-files? Can´t publish on .mac.

I have a trial period on .mac and when I uploaded some wavs, the disk space quickly ran out. I erased the wavs but the space used is still the same. Is there a way to empty the cache or is there another way to free some space. I don´t want to lose all the work on the site and I thought maybe there was away to copy to another site, side after side.
