Can't use iTunes Store
I am a new user for the iTunes store although I have an existing AppleID (Mac user since 1987). I attempt to login to the store, my AppleID and password are accepted and I am directed to a "review your information" screen. I enter my credit card number click continue, and am asked to verify the county in which I live (my zip code covers three different counties). I choose the correct option from the list and click enter then recieve "We are currently experiencing technical difficulties, please try again later". I upgraded to iTunes 7.3.1, same result. This has been going on since 8PM (14 hours now) last night (July 16th).
