Transferring files (mp3, jpeg, mp4) to a new computer

I currently have a Mac G5 and a Windows Toshiba laptop. I am purchasing a Mac Book soon and want to transfer my mp3s, pictures and videos as quickly as possible. Anyone know of any software or methods that would help me out?

Mac G5, Mac OS X (10.3.9)
