Kernel Panics after update 10.4.10

After I updated to 10.4.10, the computer have been crashing between 3 and 4 times a week, sometimes 3 times a day. Some of the crashes occurred while I was using Microsoft Word, but most commonly they occur after I open my notebook, bringing it back from sleep. I don't know if it's related, but I have two programs running in the background: Mozy (for online backup) and MacPhoneHome (for security).

Any help would be deeply appreciated.

I have a MacBook Pro 15" 2.33 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo

And here's the panic log of the last 3 crashes:

I don't know if it's related, but I have two programs running in the background: Mozy ...

I think a clue might be that Mozy says it is Introducing Mac Mozy beta.

As the page says, like any beta software there could be bugs they have missed, particularly with a new OS update.
