Windows/Bootcamp power management

I'm using Bootcamp and Windows XP on a MPB (with AC power) to run a program that can't have a power slowdown or interruption. What's controlling it? I set the Power Settings in XP to keep everything on when plugged in, but it still shut down after about 15 minutes (I think it was the same as my XP battery power setting).

Does XP think I'm running on battery even when the MBP is plugged in. Or is the laptop heeding whatever the OS X energy saver setting is set to?

User uploaded fileThe process should go as follows…

1) Download and install Boot Camp (the current version is 1.3 so if you don't have it update now)
2) Launch the Boot Camp Assistant, burn a BC drivers CD and repartition your drive from BC
3) Reboot and install Windows
4) Install the BC drivers from the CD

PS You can burn a drivers CD at any time via the BC Assistant.

That looks like a familiar sequence. I think I did that when I got the MBP a couple of months ago. Do you think I need to reinstall everything?

I guess the bottom line question is: if you're running XP via Bootcamp, and your Power Settings are 15 min. to sleep on battery, and Never to sleep on AC, regardless of how your OS X Energy Saver is set, when you use the AC adapter your MPB should never sleep?
