I can't say about the Apple headset. Sorry. They're in limited supply.
I can tell you that I have a JawBone. The black one. I pair it with my iPhone, my BlackBerry (company necessity, alas), and my MacBook Pro (for iChatting).
It is really wonderful, and does what it says in eliminating noise and clarifying conversations.
I'm very happy with mine.
I do have one complaint: Sometimes the iPhone decides not to re-pair with the JawBone (even after all OTHER bluetooth devices are off), despite all my tries (including pressing the little button on the JawBone to force pairing). I end up having to unpair it on the iPhone, and re-pair by entering the '0000' code. It works at that point; it's just a silly extra step.
