Pivot Screen Software for OS9

I recently purchased a Viewsonic Pro Series VP2030b LCD monitor which has 90 degree pivot capability. This monitor
should work fine with my G4 and its ATI 9200 video card with Versavision.

However my G3 B&W running OS9 and an ATI Xclaim VR 128 card reportedly needs software called PivotPro in order to make use of the pivot screen function. I've searched for this software at Versiontracker, MacUpdate, Google and this forum but have only found the PC version.

Does anyone have a link for downloading PivotPro for Mac?

Failing that - since the PivotPro software may well be no longer available - could anyone who has this software email it to me at houtis3@earthlink.net?

I would much appreciate it.
